The name says it all: Unique is truly one of a kind. This compact shrub rose enchants with its special scent profile – a strong, flowery fragrance with surprising notes of anise, apple, and lemon. A rare combination that makes it a true gem within our collection.
The flowers open in a fresh, bright pink color and change as the season progresses to a soft light pink shade. This subtle play of colors brings liveliness and romance to the garden. The flowers are very full and reach a diameter of about 7 cm, often appearing in clusters that richly cover the shrub.
With its compact growth (50–60 cm high and wide), Rosa Unique is ideal for the middle of a flowerbed, in small groups, or as a showpiece in a spacious pot on a terrace or balcony. Thanks to its repeat blooming nature, you can enjoy its scent and color again and again from June through October.

This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
