The Dannahue rose (ausa6b15) is a charming, compact shrub rose specially developed for the modern garden. With its bushy, upright growth habit and abundant flowering, it is ideal for both borders and smaller city gardens. Thanks to its versatility, it feels just as much at home in a classic garden border as in a pot on a balcony or terrace.

The flowers have a lively colour that beautifully contrasts with the fresh, dark green leaves. What makes the Dannahue extra special is its refreshing scent profile: a medium-strong fragrance with fruity notes of lemon, lychee, and apricot. This rose thus enriches your garden not only visually but also aromatically.

Its compact size makes the Dannahue especially suitable for walls, fences, and urban gardens, where space is often limited but colour and scent are very welcome.

At Belle Epoque Roses we supply all our roses directly from the nursery, which guarantees strong and healthy plants. With the Dannahue you choose a modern rose that combines beauty, versatility, and scent in one.

Roses in pots

A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.

Roses with bare roots

Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.

At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.

Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
