A Dutch top creation by rose breeder Marco Braun
The Rosa ‘Grow & Bloom’, also known as ‘Paragon’, is a special Dutch rambler rose, developed by rose breeder Marco Braun from Alphen aan den Rijn. In just thirteen years, Braun brought dozens of new roses to the market — from charming shrub roses to impressive ramblers — but the ‘Grow & Bloom’ is without doubt one of his most remarkable creations.
What makes this rose so unique is its continuous blooming nature – a rarity among ramblers. From late June the first flowers appear, followed by a lavish bloom in July. And where other climbers then rest, the ‘Grow & Bloom’ blooms again in September and October.
The flowers are semi-double, bright white with golden-yellow stamens, giving a fresh, elegant appearance. They grow in large clusters and spread a delightful, lemon-fresh scent. Even after a rain shower, the flowers remain bright white and untouched – a rare trait that makes it perfect for the Dutch climate.
Besides its beauty, the Rosa ‘Grow & Bloom’ is also low-maintenance, strong and disease-free. The plant grows vigorously to a height of about 2 meters and forms in autumn beautiful orange-red hips, providing ornamental value all year round. Thanks to its flexible branches and healthy growth, it is ideal to breathe new life into a wall, pergola or old fence .

Roses in pots
A potted rose is a rose plant that has already been grown in a pot and is delivered with a well-developed root system. These roses are ready to be planted directly in the garden or in a larger pot, without having to wait for root growth. This makes the potted rose ideal for planting throughout the year, especially from May through October.
Roses with bare roots
Bare-root roses – also called root roses – are rose plants delivered without a pot or soil. These roses are dormant and can be planted directly in open ground. The best time to plant a root rose is in autumn or early spring, when the soil is still moist and the temperature mild.
At Belle Epoque we supply bare-root roses from November through April. Thanks to the well-developed root system and the right planting conditions, these roses grow vigorously into healthy and bloom-rich bushes or climbing roses.
Products are shipped directly from the nursery every Monday and Wednesday. By delivering only twice a week, we reduce logistical emissions and optimise our processes. This benefits both the quality of our products and the climate.
